Business Development Representative

Role Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated entrepreneur mindset to join our team. The Business Development Representative  will be at the forefront of our agency helping to grow our client base through lead generation, relationship building and proposal development. This position offers a flexible work schedule in a collaborative environment. If you have a passionate and winning attitude, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilties

  • Build a prospective client list
  • Making outbound prospecting calls (or sending email communication) to potential and existing clients
  • Qualifying client leads and working to secure meetings / pitches
  • Identifying prospective clients needs and how we can uniquely help the client
  • Assisting with client proposals and pitch materials

Education and Experience

  • 2+ years B2B Inside Sales or Business Development experience
  • CRM software experience
  • Working in an agency or consulting environment helpful

Requirements

  • Operates with a Hunter’s mindset and motivation to win the business
  • Stellar communication skills with an approachable, persuasive style
  • Driven, winning attitude with a willingness to creatively handle objections and obstacles
  • Goal oriented with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
  • Ability to build relationships, convey value of offering, obtain commitments and conversion
  • Must have a mobile phone and laptop
  • Proficient with MS Office/Outlook.
