What is the Rising Star Award? The Columbus American Advertising Federation (AAF) Rising Star Award was created to recognize young advertising and marketing professionals in Central Ohio who are making a difference in their career and community and encourage them to continue in their efforts.
Eligibility: Recipient must be 32 years or younger before the Columbus AAF Annual Meeting and cannot have received the award previously. (Please note: This singular award DOES NOT require that the person be or have been an AAF Columbus or AdClub member.)
Deadline for nominations is 5 p.m. on April 16, 2021.

Impact as a young professional - Why does this young professional rising above their peers and standing out?
Contributions to their company - What kind of impact and contributions does this individual make at their current company or have they made at prior companies?
Contributions to the Central Ohio Community - How has this young professional made a positive impact in the greater Central Ohio Community?
